Tra, our Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP) Case Manager has been working with this family of 8 for a year.

Yesterday the family were exited from the HSP program as they have made great achievements since settling in Townsville.

All members of the family are very independent and able to navigate transport, make appointments for themselves, liaise with real estate agents and other organisations. The adults attend TAFE and all children are settled well into high school. All members of the family are learning English and showed great appreciation to Tra and TMSG for the support received. We wish them well for the future. — feeling proud.
