Your financial donation will provide direct assistance to our clients in areas they may need it most. GiveNow is a trusted donations website that does not charge us a fee.

DONATING ITEMS

We receive many generous offers of donations however we do not have the space to store items. We can only accept things we know at the time we can pass straight on to those in need.

We suggest donating items to St Vincent De Paul.

BECOME A MEMBER

Join the TMSG community by becoming a member of the organisation. As a member, you will be eligible to vote at our AGM, will receive personal invitations to events and a subscription to our quarterly electronic newsletter.

In 2018 TMSG celebrated 25 years of service to our community. In recognition of this we published a book of our history, ‘Heartache, Strength and Hope’. Purchase this book to read some of the wonderful stories from people who have been a part of the organisation over the years.

We recognise that the broader community is critical in facilitating successful outcomes for people who are newly arrived to Townsville. We work with a range of services across health, education, social engagement, housing and employment to influence deep understanding of the value that new arrivals bring to our city and how to respond to their needs. TMSG is available to assist you to understand the needs of new arrivals and to discuss a partnership. We appreciate the support of all Townsville services and encourage you to contact us to discuss and document a partnership arrangement.

CONTAINERS FOR CHANGE

Did you know that a range of the packages we all use every day are redeemable for 10c each? You can drop these items off to a collection centre with our special code C10044505 and the funds will go directly to help us provide services to people to settle here and become productive members of our community.
