INTRODUCING OUR TEAM

Hi, my name is Teneale and I’m the HR & Assistant Manager at TMSG. I have been working here since 2015 and really enjoy being a part of such a diverse team and meeting new clients. A busy work place really suits me and there is always something new to learn.

My goal for 2019 is to get some clear HR systems in place for the organisation and contribute to a greener environment by going paperless! I have worked at a few other not-for-profit organisations in Townsville since completing my Bachelor of Social Science (Asia Pacific Community Development) at JCU. As well as working at TMSG, I am currently studying a Master of Information Science part time and raising my 1.5 year old son.

We have recently returned from an amazing trip to Tanzania and South Africa where I was visiting my Grandmother. We loved seeing the beautiful countryside, meeting lots of people, eating delicious food and practicing our Swahili. Asante sana J
