MEET DAISY A STUDENT ON PLACEMENT

"My name is Daisy Jebichii, I was born in Kenya and I am an international student at JCU. My second name actually means strong willed and that definitely describes me. I recently moved to Australia to pursue my Master’s degree in Social Work after successfully completing a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I consider it a great privilege that I am currently undertaking my student placement at TMSG as I get to work with a dedicated and diverse team . It is an honor to work with the refugees in Townsville and get a better understanding of the settlement process and most importantly engage in the duty to care. I am very excited and looking forward to every bit of the experience for the next three months."
