Iris Min He is a Scheduling Support and Bi-cultural Support Worker. 

“I started this job in August this year, my previous work experience involved more than 10
years in various roles with community service sectors. I am very excited to have this opportunity to work with TMSG. 

My connection with TMSG traces back to 2005 when I first arrived in Townsville. As a new migrant in a regional city, I faced lots of challenges. I approached TMSG for support. Since than I have connected regularly with TMSG. I started as a volunteer to assist with the Newsletter, then later was elected as a member of TMSG Management Committee. My last term with the committee was in 2016. 

I have been and continue to be a strong supporter of the role of TMSG in the community. I appreciate the organisation's culture and management. My ambition is to continue to work within the community services sector in a purposeful role.”
